At HALECHOICE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy subject to the terms mentioned below.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • All tags and labels must be intact.
  • Items purchased during sales or with discounts may have different return policies.

  • Swimwear
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your HALECHOICE account.
  2. Go to "My Orders" section.
  3. Select the order and click on "Return".
  4. Choose the reason for return and submit.
  5. Our team will contact you within 24-48 hours.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size or color variations subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. The exchanged item will be shipped once we receive the original item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange for a free return pickup and provide a full refund or replacement.

Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping is free for damaged or defective items.
  • For other returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
